Dearmouring Arts has pioneered somatic and sexual healing in Europe for over 10 years. We train practitioners to work beyond technique - to restore coherence in the whole human system. This school integrates Dearmouring, Legacy Sexual Healing, and Fieldwork into one disciplined path. We are not building bodyworkers. We are training future leaders & somatic practitioners capable of shaping a healthier culture.
What is Dearmouring?
Dearmouring is the dismantling of protective tension held in the body, mind, and behavior.
Armoring forms in response to trauma, fear, shame, rejection, and societal conditioning. It shapes posture, breath, sexuality, confidence, life purpose and power.
We work directly with that - in fascia, in the nervous system, in the belief structures that keep it in place.
When the armor releases, structure reorganizes.
